Crate & Barrel Black Friday Sale 2020

Our Crate & Barrel Black Friday 2020 Predictions

At last year’s Black Friday sale, Crate & Barrel offered 20% to 30% off site-wide and store-wide. Obviously some items were excluded from the offer (see the official terms posted further down this page to see what those where). They also offered free shipping for online purchases of $49 or more, excluding furniture and a select handful of bulky items.

Although under normal circumstances we would predict a similar sale to return again this year. But as a result of Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) and it’s brutal hit to the retail industry and economy, you can expect even deeper discounts to come this year.

Expected Sale Start/End Times

  • Rumored start time: Monday November 23, 2020 (the Monday before Thanksgiving).
  • Rumored end time: Cyber Monday November 30, 2020 or while supplies last.

Crate & Barrel usually runs their Black Friday for a full week starting on the the Monday before Thanksgiving and ending in the evening on Cyber Monday. If that timeframe returns again this year then you’ll have plenty of time to take advantage of the offer.

Where To Shop?

For every Black Friday sale we’ve seen from Crate and Barrel this last decade, you’ve always had your choice to shop at any Crate and Barrel store (in the U.S. only), online at crateandbarrel.com or by phone at 1-800-323-5461. We’re not expecting any changes to this going forward.

Last Year’s Ad Scan/Flyer

Below is a copy of Crate and Barrel’s Black Friday ad that was part of their email campaign last year. It includes a few of their featured items that were on sale last year.

What Are The Important Exclusions?

As we typically see at all “storewide” sales, there will be some items excluded from the offer. And at Crate & Barrel, that list has historically been pretty long (mostly on certain brands). We’ve included last year’s official terms and conditions so you can skim through them to see what’s often excluded. It’ll help you prepare against disappointment that the item you wanted was in fact excluded once you reach the checkout cart.
